Minga is the virtual community of English teachers of the department of Chocó. Minga is a word of Quechua origin that refers both to the activities carried out with a social purpose and to a group of people working together for their common well-being. Within the word Minga we have underlined the letters ING because they happen to be the initial letters of INGLES.

In this website (hosted by the Universidad Tecnológica del Chocó) you will find a variety of useful resources for English teachers: discussion forums where you can ask questions concerning methodology, make pedagogical proposals, share your experiences or present your doubts about the language. Minga also offers the possibility for their members to interact in real time (chat room) and links to sites on the Internet specialized in English teaching as well as a number of other useful resources, such as audio files, videos, virtual learning objects and online courses.
